Got goals?

I feel strongly about the ability to set realistic, attainable and rewarding goals.  When we achieve success or failure these experiences frame the foundations of our self belief.
Having a clear, flexible, measurable vision of where you want to go or what you want to achieve, will set you on a steady path towards success.  The fulfillment of a long term goals is often the result of achieving many short term ones, and feeds the persons motivation towards completion.
My classmate posted this superb model for setting and achieving SMART goals. Thanks Mike!
